Cake baking with Nancy Sullivan

Watch as Nancy mixes,  bakes and ices her 2 most popular cakes-  Red Velvet and Italian Cream.   She’ll share her tips and tricks for achieving a beautiful four layer cake including how to avoid the center hump, evenly split a layer, create a flawless icing finish, and easy decorating and trim.  Everyone will have an opportunity to decorate cupcakes with a pastry bag and different tips, and of course, we’ll sample the results and take home leftovers.  Recipes for the cakes and Nancy’s Cream Cheese Icing are included.
